"All content, including the Divine-Code, the Holographic Trilogy, and the Teal Phi Logo, is the exclusive property of U.R.M. Technologies Inc. (CIPO Application 2408898). No unauthorized replication or 'forking' of this reality is permitted."

3. Digital Products & Rights

"All digital artwork (Relics) are sold under a Limited Personal Use License. You own the right to display the art within your personal simulation; you do not own the master copyright for commercial resale."

4. Limitation of Liability

"U.R.M. Technologies Inc. provides informational and speculative content. We are not responsible for any 'Existential Decoherence' or shifts in perspective caused by the realization of the Simulation."

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

"These Terms and the U.R.M. Simulation are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes or legal proceedings shall be filed and conducted exclusively in the courts located in Kelowna, British Columbia."
